artist canvas purchased from craft store and cute fabric
Cut fabric to size leaving enough to go around back of canvas.
Stapling would be the best method of attaching fabric to the back of canvas but I ran out of staples so I just taped it because I need instant gratification. Make sure you pull fabric tight as you're stapling/taping/whatever.
Done.
